"On Court with USPTA" is the cable TV show produced by the United States Professional Tennis Association. In this episode USPTA Master Professional Rick Macci focuses on improved technique for a better forehand.

He explains that the key for a faster and more explosive forehand is reducing the range of motion. Macci will cover this and other essential points for the viewer as he demonstrates how these tips take a player from his old forehand to hitting the shot with a new and improved technique. Rick Macci has worked with hundreds of top pros and juniors at his Rick Macci Tennis Academy, and now is a touring teaching pro at Boca Lago Country Club. He has been the personal coach of four No. 1 players in the world - Venus and Serena Williams, Jennifer Capriati and Andy Roddick. His academy is regarded as one of the top teaching environments in the world. Macci, a six-time USPTA Florida Division Coach of the Year and recipient of the 2005 Alex Gordon Award for USPTA Professional of the Year, is one of the most in-demand clinicians and speakers in the game today.

The USPTA became the first tennis-teaching organization ever to produce and air an educational television series on playing and teaching tennis on the Tennis Channel in 2003. Since then, more than 75 shows have been produced that provide instruction about technique, strategy and other facets of the game.
