-- Show will air May 12 at noon Eastern time --

"On Court with USPTA" is the cable TV show produced by the United States Professional Tennis Association. In this episode USPTA Master Professional Jorge Capestany teaches viewers strategies to use when they encounter a moonballer.

There is no question that a moonballer is a difficult opponent to play against. They play it safe by constantly giving their opponents high-arcing balls, waiting for their opponent to get frustrated and commit an error that gives them the points. In the episode, Capestany teaches viewers how not to get frustrated by a moonballer anymore. He presents a variety of tactics that players can employ when they encounter an opponent that is a moonballer. The tips below will disrupt their game plan and give viewers the advantage.

This show covers the following:

• Serve and volley

• Chip and charge

• Drop shot

• Hold your ground

• Using slice

• Sneak attack

Capastany graduated from Grand Valley State University in 1984, and is USTA Sports Science level 1-certified. In nearly 30 years in the industry, Jorge has created and directed lesson programs that have generated more than $1 million in annual revenue. He is a six-time Michigan Pro of the Year and a two-time Midwest Pro of the Year. Capestany has coached hundreds of ranked juniors including three national champions. He is the founder of www.tennisdrills.tv - a video-based website that shows more than 800 videos of tennis drills and tips.

The USPTA became the first tennis-teaching organization ever to produce and air an educational television series on playing and teaching tennis on the Tennis Channel in 2003. Since then, more than 79 shows have been produced that provide instruction about technique, strategy and other facets of the game. All production is done in-house, which includes everything from planning and scripting, to shooting and editing, to graphics and DVD duplication. All episodes of "On Court" are now in high-definition.
